We provide straightforward, competitive wet hire rates designed for major civil contractors.
Labour Hire (Operator Only):
Hourly Rate: $95.00 per hour
Includes a fully ticketed, final-trim capable operator (Asbestos Awareness, OHS White Card, VOCs). Minimum 4-hour charge applies.
Wet Hire Rates (CAT 306 CR + Operator):
Hourly Rate: $140.00 per hour
Day Rate (8.5 Hours): $1,190.00 per day
The Unit Civil Value Advantage: While our rates reflect a premium, fully-optioned machine, our integrated 2D laser technology and experienced operation significantly reduce overall project costs. By eliminating over-excavation, reducing the need for costly bedding material overages, and digging to exact specifications the first time, we complete tasks faster and more accurately than standard fleet machinery.
Standard Terms:
Payment Terms: Strictly 14-day accounts from the date of invoice, unless 30-day EOM terms have been explicitly negotiated and approved in writing prior to mobilization.
Minimum Hire: 4 hours minimum charge applies to all mobilizations.
Mobilization / Float: Floating and cartage of plant to and from the site is at the head contractor's expense.
Late Payments: Accounts severely in arrears may result in the immediate suspension of wet hire services until the balance is cleared. Overdue accounts will incur a late payment interest charge of 2% per month.
Debt Recovery: The client accepts full liability for any legal or debt collection costs incurred by Unit Civil in the recovery of outstanding balances.
